Prem Rawat’s message provides a solid understanding of the value of personal peace. In addition, Prem Rawat makes available a way of practising peace, which he calls the “techniques of Self-Knowledge”.

HDSK, a UK educational charity, supports the promotion of Prem Rawat’s message making it available to as many people as possible, in particular by inviting Prem Rawat to visit the UK to speak at events.

Throughout the year, HDSK also arranges local events across the UK, where people can come and learn the techniques of Self-Knowledge.
